Optura 20 over saturation

I bought an optura 20 off eBay a couple weeks ago and it works fine indoors with low light but it can’t handle bright lights. In day time the LCD is whited out with over saturation, any advice?

Hi there,

This camcorder does not have menu settings to adjust the LCD drastically from saturation, so this might indicate an issue with the LCD screen itself, or if the oversaturation also appears in the footage then the image sensor may have an issue. These camcorders are not serviced anymore since parts have not been available for a long time so if the camera is not functioning properly then replacement may be the best option.
