HF G70 - how do you remove the settings that display for a few seconds on the recording

I just bought a HF G70 camcorder and I can't figure out how to remove the settings from appearing when recording.  When I go to view the recording, I just made there are a few seconds of settings that pop on the right and then disappear.  I need those to not appear at ll.  Does anyone know how to remove that?

To trouble shoot something like this we would need to know which icons or information you are seeing. Different icons and information can have different settings to remove them. If you have a screenshot of the information that would be helpful. One other thing to double check is to confirm if you are only seeing this on the camera LCD when you start a recording, or if the icons and information are in the video when you play it back on your computer.
