I am using a Canon Optura 50 camcorder to record 8mm from Sears Du All Eight projector and was told to set the camcorder
to 60 fps to eliminate flicker and/or banding. In reading the user manual, I can't find how to set the FPS on the camcorder.
Thanks
Just learned that the 'shutter speed' is set by turning the mode dial to TV and use the function wheel to change the speed.
However, the manual says the shutter speed will flash when not appropriate for recording condition.
