Hello,
I bought an old elura 80 to watch my childhood recordings but all my recordings have mosaic distortions and no audio like in the picture below. I used over 10 different casettes of mine all have the same issue but 1 works fine which belongs to the guy i bought the camera from. I wonder if my casettes only work on the camera they were recorded on. Please help

Head misalignment.
Or, your tapes have simply worn out.

Can all of them really wear out like that its true i havent taken care of them or played in a long time but they were all in clean cases and a clean bag

Is there a way to fix this

You would have to find someone who could align the heads to work with your tapes.
You would get a different camera, or send the tapes to something like legacy box to make them into digital files.
Tapes can wear out just sitting in the box. They demagnetize themselves and the magnetic coating can flake off.

You might try to get a head cleaning tape and see if that helps.
