Cannot get vixia hg21 to download to computer. How do I do this?

Hi hombow,

We would like to check to see how or if your camcorder is being recognized by Windows.  We can do this by checking the Device Manager while the camcorder is connected.

1. Click on the button to open the Start Menu.
2. Click on Computer.
3. Click on System Properties.
4. Click on Device Manager.

You should see a category in the Device Manager called Portable Devices.  Is the camcorder listed there under Portable Devices?
