Missing "INDEX.mif" - Unable to read card on Canon C500 mk2

Big shoot yesterday and at some point the camera switched from slot 1 to 2. File structure shows it was actively recording clips, but something happened before it switched that didn't allow it to finish writing the card I'm assuming.
A024 is card slot1 and A025 is everything on card slot 2.

When opening card on computer I get pinwheel of death, and when I put it back in camera, I get an error message that it can't switch to that CFExpress slot.

Card in finder shows 8GB, but in Disk Drill it says 85GB.

I copying a working INDEX.mif file from the A025 card to the contents folder of A024 and tried opening with Canon XF utility. Shows blank thumbnails but with incorrect file names (A025)

In the process of recovering what I can in Disk drill. It seems the video files are .bin files. Is there any way to rewrap these as MXF or change the file name? I'm out of ideas. Please help me salvage some of the most AMAZING footage I've ever shot in my entire life. (The one day I don't have a backup SD card)

Image shows I'm missing A024C097 - A024C125

I was able to recover with a recovery software. VLC was able to view recovered files, not editing software, so I re rendered in Handbrake and I have what I need.

Glad you were able to recover it!  Time to reformat I suppose?  And/or lose trust in that card?
