EOS C80 usb web cameral function -- UAC Audio support along with UVC?

Is there some way to get audio (UAC) included while using the UVC web camera support in the C80? Searching the manual seems to indicate this is not an option (UAC not mentioned), while explicit discussion of UAC support is mentioned in, e.g., the C50 manual (p. 129). Webcam support in the C80 is a nice-to-have thing, though not the point of the camera. But, because we have the UVC web cam support, adding in UAC would be a great thing. Thanks, and if I am just missing something help is welcome.

Hello!

The C80 only supports UVC video over USB and does not include UAC audio, unlike the C50 which explicitly documents UAC. This means you can’t get audio through the webcam connection; instead, you’ll need to use an external USB mic or route the camera’s audio outputs into a separate interface for capture.
