CameraWindow can not detect camcord (Legria HF R16)

Hello

I have a problem I hope someone in here can help me with.

As the subject says, the program will not detect the camcord. The display on the camcorder says it is connected to computer, but regardless of any of my actions,camerawindow will not detect the camcorder.

It is AC power, I have tried various USB ports, install the program, downloaded and reinstall it. I made sure the cam is up to date with the latest firmware etc. OSV.

It is not a laptop.

And I do not have that thing where you put the memorycard into and then in the computer.

What to do?
