Activate movie shooting notification

“Press <> button to activate movie shooting” notification won’t go away on my screen. It’s causing it to not let me see “info” or adjust any manual settings or shooting settings

My rebel t6i won’t turn off. I will turn the switch to off and it will still let me take pictures!

I normally use manual or stunt but the flash won’t open on ANY mode
