Thank you for your reply, I will try the same thing and have a feeling all printers are the same, nothing seems to last as long as it use to. Very inconvenient!!
My tests didn't have the black ink on them so I'm assuming that is where the problem lies. either the new ink I installed is malfunctioning or something is wrong with my computer. What's your take on it?
