We can't even get the printer to show as a destination printer. I have entered the Pixma's IP address but my Galaxy Note 9 STILL won't recognize it. Everything else on this wifi works EXCEPT OUR MX340!!!!! HELP US!
The Canon doesn't even show in the printer list, but my brother's does--and it's been long unplugged in the basement.I can't find a way to delete his, OR add the Canon by its IP address. Galaxy Note 9.Verizon. Suddenlink
