Just bought a Canon MX922 printer. How can i choose to just print in Blk & White? And how do i switch back to color copies when needed?

I run on windows 10 and my printer works, my fax works but my scanner says no device can be found.

Hi John, not sure about this answer you sent me to. That seems to be about a laptop not printing text. I just want to print in blk & white only and then be able to switch back to color printing when needed.
