Good Afternoon, Everytime I scan a document in the MX452 to my printer, it creates a duplicate copy. How can I stop this from happening? Thanks,Tara

It is not that it is time sensitive, it is just that 27 people have viewed it but not one response. I thought maybe I worded my post so badly and they could not understand what was happening. Since you are with Canon, how about you help me?
