i cant delete videos off my computer from my vixia HF r700

when i plug in my camra and then try to delete any of the videos it deosnt want to delete. im using windows 10.
hf r700 can read the usb but computer deos not

I just got a vixia hf r700 and im trying to impost the videos i recorded into my computer. im having troble because all im seeing on my hf r700 is a blinking usb sign but on my computer theres nothing coiming up. im using windows 10
