There was no error message and I'm using Windows 7.Connect to the printer with wireless. I tried using portrait an landscape layout and both look the same. I took a picture of it but unable to post it.
I had this problem too and when I opened the front lid where the print cartridges are, I found paper jammed in the left corner. I needed a flashlight to see it.
