MF624CW Error 9, 233, 0 when trying to open MF Scan Utility

I have attempted to re-install the drivers directly from the canon website for Win7x64 with no luck. Any help to get this working would be greatly appreciated.

Too bad this was from October I figured it out by now and had I not I would have bought a new printer horrible support
