when I try to copy a page, half of it shows up black. the same with the scan. This began after I installe windows 10. has the printer just died. The print funtion seems to work fine
If the printer needs service, it is probably not worth servicing as I have had it for about 3 years and paid less than $100.00 I went through the settings and they appear to be correct for letter size. Thanks you for your help
