How do I stop the constant auto refocusing noise on my Rebel T4i while recording video?

It is happening on every video that I record, this constant auto refocus noise and i am a beginner with the Canon.Thanks!

I think it is refocusing noise, it just literally sounds like it is constantly focusing. How do I turn off IS function? I tried it in manual and I still hear that noise? Thank you all!
