It says that it's not turned on, connected or firewall is blocking. I've switched usb ports and turned off the firewall and restarted my laptop and still nothing
I am having the same issue and have done everything possible outside of uninstalling and reinstalling the program. I really need my scanner. is there anything else I can do? It was working last month.
