I am connecting my printer via USB port. I can print, but cannot scan a photo I need. The window comes up saying to "set PC to start scanning. Please, NEED this picture, how do I set it up please! Thank you so very much.
Seems to be working, keep getting ther 'beeps' for quite a while, then get a report saying the transmission is incomplete. I don't know what to do from here?
