I did that, and the PC found the computer and I added the device, but while it was installing, the camera would disconnectit is frustrating to be so close but it always disconnects
I have given up and connect my camera via a USB cable to transfer my pictures to my PCi have no problems transferring to my IPad via wifii am frustrated because I have followed all the steps .
I have the same problem.Am using Windows 10 but thr camera deisconnects as i try to install the driver. therefore the device has a driver error.HelpI am frustrated
