Canon MX455 problem - prints blurred - as if in double vision

Hi I have a Canon MX455, which has started printing blurred - as if in double vision. I've tried a printer head realignment and changing the ink cartridge, but this has not had any effect. Can anyone help? Thank you Mark Broomfield
