Hello, I have just inserted the eyecup again until to hear a clip sound. Probably it moved a little bit up the last time I used it.

I had the same problem yesterday and the ScottyP suggestion solved it immediatily. Just an additional point, the eyecup padding was just slid 1/16. Thank you for help! "(2.) Also make sure that the rubber "eyecup" padding has not slid up 1/4 inch and...
