I have just updated to WIndows 10 and now cannot download images from my camera. EOS Utility activates only one action: "Monitor folder". Please help to solve this problem.
Thank you Peter,in meantime I've found an easy solution - From Lightroom > Import - directly from the camera with option: Copy files to my harddisk. I had never thought of this option, it is so obvious....
