I have a canon pixima iX6550 Printer and windows 7 64bit and keep getting the error that its offline

Its since I updated it. If I dont get it fixed my boss will kill me. But seriously though its a work printer so it needs fixing asap.

I think so. Im not a computer wiz so. I went on this site and downloaded the drivers but I have no idea if they are properly installed
