Whats' the Deal with Dual-Sided Printing Being Unavailable to Mac Driver for 11x17 Paper?

imageRunner Advance c5255MacBook Air, OS 10.10.3 YosemiteCanon UFR11 driver 'UFRII_v10.06.00_Mac' two-sided printing de-selects once 11x17 paper selected - Available otherwise. Windows client does not have this issue.

Thanks. I posted here suspecting a driver inconsistency. I did arrange for a tech support visit.
