Whats' the Deal with Dual-Sided Printing Being Unavailable to Mac Driver for 11x17 Paper?

two-sided printing de-selects once 11x17 paper selected - Available otherwise.

Windows client does not have this issue.

Thanks. I posted here suspecting a driver inconsistency. I did arrange for a tech support visit.
