Error U052. My Canon MX892 Printer which i purchased 18n months ago.

My printer will not work as it gives an error code U052 when turned on. The problem started a month ago and I followed all the instructions regarding fixing the problem to no avail. Does anyone have the solution to this problem. Desparate.
