I have an mg5400 which I really like and has served me trouble free until recently. it now longer communicates wirelessly. it must be hard wired to accept a print command. says printer is offline even though it is up and running. takes right off ...
thanks for your help. reinstalled the drivers on both systems. working fine now. isp replaced router. so much going on didn't even think to setup the printer for the new router. after hard wired desktop install, was still getting "setup pc" mess...
