Tried all the correct maintenance, aligned the paper, rebooted, etc. It will print from the "copy" command, but no otherrequests. It makes the right sounds, but no action.
Thanks, I got that answer from a tech support person. Good thing, because I was told earlier that my printer was madein Asia because it comes up as a 920 on my computer.Doesn't matter now, as I couldn't get it fixed.
This happened to my 18 month old PIXMA MG922, and tech support could not help and told me I needed to bring it intoa repair center (120 miles away), so I gave it away to a "tinkerer." Junk after a year and a half!!!
