I am having trouble connecting my camera to my PC. I have followed the instrutions very carefully but no luck. I can see my PC on the camera but when it tries to connect it sits there for about 5 mins and then fails. Help please.

I have the same problem with my sx700hs. I exchanged it for new one but it still wont connect. I am using Win 8.1.
