Did all that, mostly via the computer control of the printer, but still not printing PGBK. Local retailers say they do not repair old printers, it is cheaper to buy a new one. RIP MP830
I do not see any "setup" button on my mp830. under "settings" there is no "maintenance" entry The test print from the Canon drive program on the computer looks different than your example.
