Bad image after taking a picture

Occasionaly when taking pictures, the result is like a psychadelic image or similar to a negative. How do I fix this or should I return my camera for another one?

Your site will not allow me to upload the pictures. I keep getting the error code 'Upload Failed'. Any other suggestions?
