Pixma Pro 100color images converted to B&W with Nik software Should I check the Black and White box in the printer dialog box since the file has already been converted to monochrome? Thanks in advance
new pixma pro 100 the ink supply level seems stuck on full for all 8 cartriges despite a fair amount of printing connected with USB Mac OS 10.9 any ideas on how to get this working? thanks in advance
sorry for the confusion .... First cartridges used in the printer .... so the print head was primed from them. I've printed around 10 13X19 prints plus some unknown quantity of smaller prints
