mx 340 prints with "blank lines" across the words in just about the exact spot on each page.

I have tried all the cleaning options several times. Updated drivers etc and it still does it. very strange. This stared recently Thanks.

windows 8.1 I have tried both wirelessly and direct connect. I have tried two different computers. One is xp and one is 8.1 same issue I have run all the cleaning and aligning actions several times.
