I have a Canon TR7820. The scanner feeder no longer pulls the document into the printer to scan. I have to place the documents directly on the glass plate. Is there a fix for this?
No beep. No obvious physical reason for the failure. This printer is already a warranty replacement for the same model that had the SAME problem, but it's out of warranty now (worked for nearly 2 years). I just wondered if they had any new info on...
