PIXMA PRO-100 prints in sepia when I print in black and white

I have a windows 11 machine. I have a pixma 100 printer. When I print in black and white the images come out in sepia. I want pure black and white. What can I do to fix this?

Thank you. After replacing 3 non canon ink cartridges, and changing from a luster paper, I was able to get good prints.
