PIXMA TS9521C Odd Printing Lines

Hi there, has anyone ever experienced this type of issue when printing? I've done the basics: cleaned print heads, changed print cartridges, and performed an alignment. Any help is appreciated. 8ad0f670-ebdb-4384-8fd4-32c660d8e067.jpeg
