Tried cleaning & deep-cleaning several times, but that didn't help. Tank has ink about 75%. Many conversations here seem to indicate that G7020 is generally a printer with a bad design, but how do I solve this problem?

Looks like I can do BLK + Colors or just Colors, but I can't pick a specific color. My CYAN ink level is slightly low, so I can't do the ink-flush just yet. I'll update after my ink-flush in a few days.
