I also have a G6020 that is printing pink. I tried what you suggested to an earlier question and got an error code of 5200 when I tried to deep clean. What should I do?
I also have a G6020 printing pink. I tried what you suggested above and got an error message of 5200 and see the manual. I am not on a Mac computer. Not sure where my manual is either.
