Need to reset printer on imageCLASS MF3010 All-in-one

Moving from a Windows 10 Dell to a Windows 11 ASUS, and something went haywire. i was able to reset the scanner easily with the toolbox, but the printer continues to want to print to PDF. I tried a reset method from the video to no avail. Any ideas?
