Moving from a Windows 10 Dell to a Windows 11 ASUS, and something went haywire.
i was able to reset the scanner easily with the toolbox, but the printer continues to want to print to PDF. I tried a reset method from the video to no avail. Any ideas?

Sorry, I don't quite understand "...printer continues to want to print to pdf...". Typically, "Save as PDF" is a selection option for "Destination" after selecting "Print" from your computer, and not an option on your printer. The resolution on your computer would be changing the "Destination" there to you printer. If your MF3010 isn't showing up as a selectable "Destination" in your printing from the computer the issue is likely the printer installation on your computer.
If you have an ARM processor on your computer you could be running into an issue that will not be easily resolved - see https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/Printer-Software-Networking/imageCLASS-MF3010-amp-Windows-11-not-....
If you have Intel or AMD your driver installation support page is at https://www.usa.canon.com/support/p/imageclass-mf3010. If you need assistance with that process there are resources on that site, including a "How-to-Videos" section that should guide you through the process.
