I just posted my fix for this issue. My tray was partially bent/broken. I was able to gently straighten it. It finally works again!

I just fixed this error on my CP1300. It was driving me crazy. Pull the tray out and check the plastic piece. Mine was bent/almost broken. I gently reshaped it with very small jewelers pliers that I had on had. It fixed the issue. I toiled with ...
