Pixma ix6820 is creating ink smudge marks on 5X7 envelopes, not A4 paper only on envelopes. Have cleaned using maintenance tabs, cleaning bottom plate and roller both unsuccessfully. Help would be greatly appreciated, thanks. louf

DerrickL, Thanks for the quick response. I have eliminated ~75% of the ink smudges by specifying 5X7 envelope printing (instead of 5X7 paper printing), the remaining 25% I think is due to printer age it is 6 years old and is not a very expensive mode...
