My TS3522 is not showing anything printed. I changed both ink cartages, The color registers full, the black still says low but when I try to print the page is blank. Any ideas.
I used to get the low ink box, but I have changed cartages and that went away so now I have a orange triangle that is always lit next to the black ink line. I tried putting the old cartagesback in the light is still on but it will print a very light...
Yes I have removed the tape, yes I have taken the cartages out numerous times even cleaned of the end with the dots, these are brand new cartages. I have no error message there is a orange triangle that is lit next to the black ink
