I have a Canon TR7020a. No problem at all printing a document like a letter from "My Documents", but I am unable to print anything from a website or an email message.

I receive a message to the effect of "something went wrong.......please check your printer". This only happens when trying to print from a website or email. NOT a letter or personal document.
