Me again ...Despite the "instructions " and two days of The "B504 " problem ... I just decided since it was junk to do things I was not supposed to and using my hand I moved the ink cartridge to the slot and the white plastic circle until it clicked...
The 2720 I bought in April 2025 has been a problem for 6 months and then it just shuts down and despite putting in new yellow ink refuses to operate ( B504) and I cannot find any responses to such issues and it seems to just be junk .
