The links to an install utility provided to install IJ drivers to scan do NOT work for Snapdragon(R) X 12-core processor. Is there any other way to install the drivers?
I'm using a Canon PIXMA TS6420 on win 11. it prints fine but cannot scan. using a link provided, I downloaded md__-win-ts6400-1_06-ea34_2.exe and unzipped it. when I executed it I got the message: what else do i need to do to?
