My Canon 1Dx MkIII has started losing date/time. It stays for a day or two then loses it. My batteries are all in good shape. My firmware is updated to latest Ver1.9.0. I have even reset the camera to factory. Any idea why this is happening? Thanks.
Thanks Rick. I have performed a factory reset and the issue is still there. I've previously registered my camera and will call support for a repair.Jim
