R3 Video to HDMI pre-stabilisation?

I'm shooting video on an EOS R3.I'm sending the video out to HDMI.I'm using max image stabilisation.Is the footage going down the HDMI cable pre-stabilisation? Is that possible? Can that be set?Thank youJohnny
